There will be a special pre-festival screening of all the Chicago comedy TV pilots that are going to the New York Television Festival. It's Tuesday, Oct. 15th at the historic Music Box Theater.

Set in 1938 on a radio soundstage, it's Creature Feature Radio Hour. As the show goes live from coast-to-coast for the first time to bring "The Wolfman of Mummy Island" to life before the audience's ears, the studio is intruded upon by a strange and malevolent extraterrestrial force with the ability to change shape. No one is safe, and everyone is a suspect. The cast may be killing each other, but "the show must go on!"

Jeffrey Jeffries is playing a 15 minute set in a comedy festival that takes place on Jeff Murdoch's bed while he is away on a Second City cruise ship.

I directed it. Saturdays at midnight in April at iO.

A stream-of-consciousness journey to the center of stupidity and sadness. Steph Cook (The Late 90s) and Joey Dundale (pants dot com) wrote a sketch show between their heads inspired only by each other, and then handed the script to Jared Jeffries (Inkling) to direct while he was hopped up on legal speed. After months of rehearsal, we are ready to unveil it to the world. It looks like a half-lucid dream, if your dreams involve watching the best sketch show of your goddamn life. If it’s not the best, we’ll kill ourselves.
